By this brief introduction we wish to highlight about areas of operations related to “MECHANICAL AND CIVIL CONSTRUCTION DIVISION “Mainly involved for the under mentioned activities.
PIPING:-
Fabrication and Erection of piping of Various Specifications, such as M.S/ C.S / S.S / G.I /FRP/GRP/ D.I /A.S / ALUMINIUM Including & Above Ground / Underground and Cross-country Piping work.
IBR WORK :-
VJTPL has been evaluated and granted recognition under Regulation 392 of Indian Boiler Regulations - 1950 as category “Special Class” (WP > 125Kg/Sq.cm) Boiler Repairer / Erector and Steam / Feed pipe line Fabricator / Erector.
STEEL STRUCTURE :-
Fabrication & Erection of Belt Conveyor System, Industrial Shed, PEB , Pipe Rack, Cable Tray, Duct , Hoppers, Bunker and all types of steel Structure work.
LOADING & UNLOADING:-
Loading and Unloading of Steel Structure, Equipment, Piping Material and Building Raw Material.
EQUIPMENT ERECTION :-
Rotary & Static Equipments, Motor Pump-assembly, Conveyor System and Electrostatic Precipitator(ESP) System etc.
SCAFFOLDING :-
Onshore & offshore Scaffolding.
BLASTING & PAINTING :-
Blasting & Painting of Structure & Piping with specification.
CIVIL :-
Industrial, Commercial & Residential Construction work, Grouting of Equipment Foundation with special Cement, A.C/GI/Pre-coated Sheeting etc.
WRAPPING COATING :-
Wrapping & Coating/ Tap Coating of Pipeline etc.
BELT JOINTING :-
Conveyor Belt Jointing and Pulley Lagging by Cold Process and Hot Process.
MAINTENANCE :-
Mechanical Maintenance of Chemicals Plants, Power Plants, Petro Chemicals, Cement Plants, R.O. Plants & Pharmaceutical Plants.
MAN POWER SUPPLY :-
All type of Mechanical & Civil Man Power Supply.
VJTPL is well equipped with experienced team of construction personnel and equipments to execute the orders within hours to Make it Possible for Quick Mobilization and easy coordination with clients and sites.
Safety is given prime importance while executing the projects at site. The whole erection works are performed in accordance to the project specific safety plan to avoid any safety hazard.
