| Accident Reporting |
|
- All accident and near misses must be reported to the site office & client office.
- All accident on site are to be reported to foreman/supervisor/safety officer to the site manager.
- Details will be recorded in an accident book if any.
- Near misses on site vehicles must be reported to safety and security officer.
- All accident incidents, near missed irrespect off its nature & feveritty must be reported.
- Our motto is not blame game just to create accident free site.
